Mary Ann Fasanella founded Advisory Concepts Evolvers (ACE) in 2015 with a clear focus on helping law firms navigate the complexities of legal marketing. With a background in the legal industry and extensive experience working with attorneys, she has built a reputation for delivering personalized, relationship-driven marketing strategies tailored to each firm’s unique needs.

Prior to launching ACE, Mary Ann served as a Senior Territory Manager at LexisNexis, where she developed deep insight into the legal landscape across the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets. This experience continues to inform her understanding of how law firms operate, compete, and grow.

At ACE, Mary Ann leads client strategy and business development, working closely with law firms to understand their goals, practice areas, and long-term growth objectives. She plays a central role in guiding client relationships and ensuring that each marketing strategy is aligned with the firm’s business priorities.

Her approach is rooted in clear communication, trust, and a commitment to delivering marketing strategies that generate meaningful results. By combining industry knowledge with a hands-on, client-focused approach, Mary Ann helps law firms build a stronger presence and attract the right types of cases for their practice.

Meghan Meeks leads digital marketing strategy and execution at Advisory Concepts Evolvers (ACE), working directly with law firms to evaluate their current performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve their competitive positioning.

Her background spans SEO, paid advertising, and digital campaign management, with a focus on helping law firms generate qualified leads through targeted, high-intent marketing strategies. Meghan has grown into her role at ACE by working across all aspects of digital marketing, from campaign execution to strategy development, giving her a practical understanding of what drives performance and where firms often fall behind.

At ACE, she oversees SEO, paid search, and digital campaign strategy, ensuring each effort aligns with how potential clients search for legal services and how firms convert those inquiries into cases. She remains closely involved in day-to-day performance, continuously refining campaigns based on real-world data, market conditions, and competitive dynamics.

Meghan works directly with firm leadership to provide clarity on marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and build strategies designed to support long-term growth in competitive legal markets.

Prior to her current role, Meghan held positions in digital marketing and project management, building a foundation in campaign execution, paid advertising, and performance analysis that continues to inform her strategic approach today.

Social Media Manager

Kirsten supports both social media marketing and creative design efforts at ACE, helping law firms maintain a consistent and professional presence across digital and traditional platforms.

She works within the broader marketing strategy to ensure that content, messaging, and visual elements align with each firm’s overall brand and marketing goals. Her role includes managing social media content, supporting content distribution, and maintaining consistency across platforms.

Kirsten is also responsible for the design and development of client-facing visuals, including social media graphics, website elements, and marketing materials used in both digital and traditional campaigns, such as billboards, print advertisements, and other promotional assets.

In addition, she supports branding and rebranding efforts by assisting with logo development, color themes, and visual identity updates, helping ensure that each firm presents a cohesive and professional image across all channels.

All of our clients work directly with our team throughout their engagement, without being passed between departments or account managers.
